I will only offer one comment.
Sure, it is embarassing to post negative things in a public forum. But that is where help comes from.
Almost anyone who posts on here does so, not in fear of exposing anonymous weaknesses, but because we have all gone through our own periods of credt ignorance, and simply want to help others.
The nature of the beast is that until specific derogs and soiled lined are exposed, then concrete advice cannot be offered.
I have been on this site for a few years now. I have been on numerous other credit sites. I have never seriosly questioned the objectivity of advice offeered.
The sound background of knowldege and objectivyty that you will receive on this site has no commercial incentive that I have ever seen.
Just stay on the site awhile, and I think your reservations of self-interest by anyone who posts, whether or not you agree with them, will reside.

You can check them at the Free Annual Report link in my signature block. Once you have all 3, come back & give us the good, the bad, and the ugly! (or not...you might be lookin good!) These sites will offer scores for you to purchase....don't do it!!

When I use this Free Annual Report and get my scores, can I pull them up later, due to the fact that I have no printer shamefully, and I need to show my real estate agent my scores so they will have to be printed out at a later date. Thanks.

When you get your reports via ACR, you are given the option to purchase "credit scores". As an FYI, the score sold via Equifax is a genuine FICO score and would match the score pulled from myFICO if you pulled it on the same day. However, the scores pulled from TransUnion and Experian are not FICO scores. They are FAKOs and have zero correlation to the real deal. Your actual FICO maybe higher or lower.

Maybe you misunderstood, once i get my score, from ACR and do not elect to print out. To get them lets say 12 hours later, i would need to purchase my score to print it out, or i can use ACR for my score at anytime with no charge?
Where is everyone?

haha....ok, you need to understand that posting on a Sunday afternoon might not get you answers immediately. We do better when we're at work, in fromt of a computer anyway! ![]()
That being said.....get the reports...(Please...do NOT buy the scores!) When you get the reports, open the printable view, ...take each & copy & paste into either a word doc or directly into an email to yourself ...do these separately to keep things easy. When you get the 3, I know they are good for reviewing for at least 30 days. Might be longer.

Thank goodness an answer...I tried getting my reports, Trans Union and Equifax would not let me access something about Identity issues. I got Experians report, it looks horrible. I need the report "summary" correct? There is no scrore they want me to pay for that but you told me not to, so i have one report, now what?
if you can still access it, what you want to do is turn it into a pdf so that you can save it. if you have a mac, you do this by telling it you want to print, and then one of the buttons on the ensuing screen is "PDF" and if you click that button you get the option to save as a pdf. There is something similar for PCs, but I don't have one handy to check for you. I think you have to click "print to file". If you do not have this option, highlight everything on the screen they give you as a printable version and copy paste into a word or text or whatever document.
