I sent a DV letter, using the one on here, to a collection agency and have received the green card back, but they are still calling me. What can I do? Please help!!
They are not supposed to, have you told them when they call that since the debt is being investigated, they are required to stop all further calls. You can also legally ask them to stop calling you period and only communicate with you in writing.
