SOL Question

I have several accounts that have been long paid off, but are still listed in my FICO score report and credit reports. Two were supposed to have  reach their SOL in May and June of this year and a bunch of student loan records (I consolidated and the records state "Transferred or Sold") should have disappeared years ago. What do I do? Do I contact the credit report companies and FICO or the creditors? Is there any risk to this?  Sorry if this is elsewhere, but too much came up in the search to find an answer.

Re: SOL Question

OOO, I just read another thread. So need to adjust question: The original question still remains for the old Sallie Mae listing, as they are way past 7.5 years. BUT...the credit cards are just a bit past 6 years (May and June 2013 will make 7 years). Can I send a GW letter asking for an early removal?

Re: SOL Question

Yes, you can GW the ones that are paid to try to get them off early.  As far as the student loans go, how are they reporting?
