Score dropped after paying off loan will it rebound? And when?

I paid off 4 year car loan and score went down 24 points across the board. 
i have 4 flawless credit cards... will my score recover a a couple months or do I need to add something to it??

This is a typical occurrence when paying off a loan as you no longer have an open installment loan for your credit mix. Your score will bounce back up but will likely take longer than a few months. If you're that concerned about it, one good option is to open an SSL (lots of threads on SSLs)with someone like NFCU or Penfed if you qualify. Should always consider finances over fico scores, so if you don't need it, just keep doing what you're doing and time will take care of the rest. Lots of folks out there with no open loans and 800+ scores.
