I’m at then end of my 7 years for all the baddies on my reports so I’ve been requesting early exclusions of several tradelines with derogatory items and my bk13. Last month a I requested a couple of tradelines and my bk from EX. They granted to EE, but since my wife was on all these they also removed the items from her report. I thought it was just luck. This month I requested one on the bk from EQ even though I’m still two months out. I noticed yesterday the bk on EQ was gone from my wife’s credit karma and I’m sure it’s also gone from mine but I can’t comfirm as I don’t have a refresh and I haven’t been getting alerts from myfico like I should.
so it seems if you get an EE on joint accounts then they will remove from other people who are on the account. At least on EX and EQ. TU did not do this when we got EEs from them I had to request it for both of us separately.

Yup, they do grant EEs for BKs but not this far out. A dismissed can remain on file for 10 years. You can try again once it passes the 7 year mark and hopefully get a good supervisor who will grant it this early since it was a 13 you originally filed.
