Should I app for cap 1 unsecured?

So it's been 3 months since I've had the cap 1 secured. Curious if I should apply for the unsecured?
I also have the discover secured both $200 limits.
Uti is a little high at 52% I always pay in full sometimes several times a month. My reports and scores are...

TU 572 an unpaid CO reporting and unsatisfied judgment.

EX 582 1 unpaid medical and the CO is reporting as paid

EQ 593 CO reporting as paid. Was 604 but the high Uti dropped my score.

I'm opted out and have fraud alerts on all accounts. (Don't know if it matters?) The prequal site doesn't show any offers.

What do you think should I apply?

You should be able to get approved with those scores, hubby's were similar when he got approved. Might only be a 300 limit to start but you never know. I'm not sure but I think being opted out might affect prequals.

I think you can be approved. As noted above, the limit will start out low, but it will grow if used correctly and open many doors afterwards.

I went ahead and applied and got a 7-10 day message. Does that mean I'm denied?

Unfortunately, most likely.

Did it say we need more time to review, or just 7-10 message? Did they HP you?

Okay, so not a flat out denial. In that case it's 50/50.
