I have seen scattered results for them, so I just wanted to share. Over the weekend, I sent a message through the secured message center asking for a goodwill on late payments. I have one random one reporting from early 2019 and then a streak from a bad financial situation a couple years ago. I still have this card with Ulta/comenity, even though quite a while ago they lowered my CL to a measly 100 (ugh).
Today I woke up to a reply in my secure message center saying they will do a courtesy late removal of the 2019 payment. I doubt they will remove the others as well, but I will at least cross my fingers. This gave me some hope because I had a couple comenity cards when I went through that rough financial patch. I bit the bullet and sent a message through another card (Jcrew) hoping for somewhat similar results, but who knows.
I just thought I would share in case anyone has thought of using the message center. I will post the screenshot of their response as well.
