Hi Folks,
I'm currently at a lost and in need of some advice. I have an outstanding bill with verizon (a landline) which I have disputed with them over and over again because I think the charges are from an account I've already paid. At this point, I really would like the account removed from my CR. Verizon is reporting the account but Solomon and Solomon sent me a settlement offer in the mail. I in turn sent them a DV letter in September which was within the 30 day period to request them to validate the debt and I haven't heard anything back. It would be nice to remove this account since its less than a year old and probably causing the most impact at this point. What should I do? Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
