So Palisades is back on my CR with an unvalidated collection, reporting all sorts of wrong information in the TL.
Very same day, I filed complaint with the AG for violation of WA statutes, FDCPA 809 and FCRA accuracy requirements, filed complaint with WA Collection Board for unprofessional conduct as they have been fined for FDCPA violations within less than 2 years ago, filed suit in Small Claims for violations of WA statutes only (this protects the suit from removal to Federal Court).
Let's see how long it takes them to go down this time.
