Need some help. I sent a gw letter to springleaf to delete two 30 day lates in Nov 2014 and January 2015. I received a call today from a lady in the executive office saying she couldnt delete the lates but she can remove the entire tradeline. She wanted me to think about it and get back with her. Im not sure is it worth to have the entire tradeline deleted or just leave it alone?
How old is the account? If the account is old enough it might outweigh the 2 lates. If I'm not mistaken, the lates will have less of an effect on your scores after 2 years so the first one should lose effect in November.
