Re: Still in need of Help--

I just had some dealings with Afni.  They took $90 for $240 I had to wait till I talked to someone who actually said yes they would delete it, but it was not a PFD it was a courtesy as I had no idea the bill even existed.  It was gone 2 days later from 2 credit reports Smiley Happy  waiting for a fall from the 3rd!  Plus they are sending me a deletion letter...so they said?  Do not take no for an answer!  Try and try, don't give up!  I did some checking and found a contact, that put me through to another contact...lol...it worked!  Smiley Happy

Have they sent you any settlement offers ?   If not, I would send them a PFD for both, for some small amount, whatever you want to try.   Lately I haven't seen many people reporting success with PFDs at AFNI, but they are generally very good about deleting collections via GW after payment.

I paid a settlement offer to AFNI after multiple denials of  PFD requests.  I didn't even have to GW them.  They deleted it several weeks after I paid the settlement.

Re: Still in need of Help--

Hi Suzy, I have an AFNI I'd love to get rid of.  Could you private message me your contact info at AFNI?  Thank you.

Saw where the DOLA was 5/2005 on one of the accounts...will this not fall off your report soon anyway? Even still, I would think they would be past the SoL. If you haven't found this out yet, I'd start there and find out what is past SoL and then work on stuff still within SoL.
