Synchrony! What A Joke!

So I filed a complaint with BBB against Synchrony Bank for a Belk and Chevron account listed on my credit report. They responded saying they need more info and that they can't confirm that they belong to me. They started addressing me incorrectly as Ms. Wells halfway through the letter, when my last name is Taylor. I guess someone was having a Monday! Lol. I provided them with my name, dob, and the account #. My next question to them and the credit bureaus is how were they able to verify it when I disputed it a month ago?!!! Needless to say, I see two deletions in my near future. #winning
