I have been repeatedly unable to get a GW deletion of a very old account that they weren't even trying to collect anymore, that I proactively reached out to them to settle. And then they re-aged it on my credit reports, and it's hurting my score!! Getting the ususal "the information we report to the bureaus is accurate" and "we are not allowed to delete accurate information" B.S.
