TL on one CR but not the other

I thought I remember seeing an article about the CRA's needing to only report 100% accurate info, and if one CR shows a TL but the other 2 don't, how are they complying with the law and only reporting 100% accurate info? Is there a way to work this to my advantage since many accounts on my report are. Scattered between the 3 bureaus...?

The CRA's only report what the OC tell them to report. 

It is WHAT the CRA's is reporting needs to be accurate.

Not all creditors report to all 3 CRA's.

Some only report to one, and not the other 2..... or they report to 2 and not the other one CRA.

You would have to ask the creditors to report to the other CRA.
