I concur NormanFH, try to talk to them from cramming  law suite point.

One thing you want to make sure is that you tell them that you will request their recording conversation should you go to court. That will push the CSR to not bluff you off.

Try to send them dispute addressing craming charges through CMRRR and you must raise that during conversation that you have mailed them something and they received it. Also state that you have sent acopy of it to your State AG.
