Update: Success! Got immediately approved for Freedom Flex with a modest CL of $3200. Not at all spectacular but I am in which has been the goal. The banker, however, did say she could not prequalify, I would have to outright apply. So I went for it feeling fairly confident. So, I'm finally in and will definitely continue to build. Thx to all who contributed to the post. 🙂
