I just had that happen and in my case it was because they were doing a manual review. That review was completed and I can now log back in and check my credit report.
Regardless of whether they provide access via their electronic viewing system or whether they are conducting a manual review beynd the normal e-Oscar system, they still have a statutory period of no later than 30 days (or 45 days if you have sent additional info pertaining to the disptue) to conclude their reinvestigation, and five business days after conclusion of their reinvestigation to send the Notice of REults.
Thus, your issue will dissolve no later than 38 days (30 plus f5 plus possible weekends and a holiiday) from date of filing of your dispute.
I woul just ride it out, and shift complaint to lack of response within the statutory period if you dont get something within 45'ish days from filing.
I had the same problem since yesterday after my second round dispute with them. Now i can login, it asks my ssn, last name and then just shows the report without any dispute status. It does not show anything about my latest dispute.
I filed an online dispute with TU at the end of January. I saw that same message that you are seeing whenever I tried to log in and check status. The first indication that something was actually happening was about a week later I saw a change to the acct in dispute on TU when looking at it through CreditKarma.
Then about two weeks after I filed online I got snail mail from TU explaining that they are all done. Note that I never got an email and the website still reported that it was being looked at.
