I had two old collections due to fall off 8/22 and had luck disputing them as "too old" and they fell off seconds after pressing submit.
Does anyone know how long it takes to be reflected in a credit score? Specifically the fico4? Pulled a 707 mid score and hoping this will get us over 720 for more
favorable rates.

Scores are generated at the point in time the reports are pulled. There isn't a waiting period for them to update. Now there can be a lag in what CMS show on your report but that is a CMS issue
In my VERY recent experience with Transunion and EE, I would tend to give it a few hours after the removal to pull a report and it would be reflected. I would services that pull a TU Vantage score (like CK, but there are many others) to confirm the that the new report is available prior to purchasing a Fico score.
