Barclays and Synchrony are Known to pull TU only most times but nothing is guaranteed.
Agreed. I recently opened a Wal-Mart, HH Gregg, and Amazon Prime card in the last 2 weeks and all 3 of them are through Synchrony and all 3 pulled Transunion.
