Few Questions:
1. If I send a PFD to Trident Asset Management Today, how long will it take to Delete?
2. Will they send a letter back as which point I pay online or do i include check with PFD?
3. What is there address. I see two PO Boxes. One in Birmingham AL and one in Atlanta.
4. I spoke to a CSR on the phone and she said if I pay they will remove fro CA's. Can I just pay online full amount and not BS around with PFD. I want to just get this taken off ASAP
You do have an oral agreement with a representitive of their company. I prefer to see those in writing, but some will just not provide it. It's kind of like rolling the dice, but I've seen tons of agreements with this follow through with deletion.
I just paid an account with Trident Asset Management on 2/19/2013 (called to confirm they recieved payment by mail on that day) rep advised me it would be removed from credit report in 30 days, so i am patiently waiting. I had gotten it in writing prior to sending the payment. I believe they will remove if stated, however, getting it in writing won't be a bad idea either, just request and they will mail it to you.
Here is the letter I am sending. Look good?

That is too demanding. A PFD is more of a GW request. They have no control over what the OC of the account does.
Simple and to the point letters work just as well if not better. I know that letter has been around for awhile but not too many use it any more.
+1
Make it short and sweet. All that fluff is way too much.
Trident told me they report to the credit bureau on the 23rd of every month.
Could you help me just write a few lines up to use in a simple version? want to send out today.
