All they can do is dispute. You've now been around long enough to know what happens when disputes go wrong. Most people who pay those agencies dont actually get to "hang" around here, so they are probably unaware of consequences
Even if they send GW letters for you, those will be template letters. No one really gets moved by template letter.
In order for GW to work, you have to tell a good story, be humble and kinda beg, without being pushy. You want to induce an emotional response in that one right person.
With that said, a lot of times it's not possible to remove all the negatives. Collection accounts are easier to get removed than lates on original TL. The best chance for GW to work on OC is when you're dealing with an isolated late, you send enough letters till one ends up on the right desk.
If that does not happen, sometimes we have to ride with them for 7 years. It's not the end of the world
These lates you have, are they on TLs that are still open or not?
