Hello - I got behind in my payments with Dell Financial Services about five months ago. I have all these inquiries from this CA United Recovery Systems. Since I am back on track with Dell (paying them directly) I did send a letter to United Recov asking them to remove the hard pulls. They did not do it.. What is the next step to get this resolved?
