@ucdcrew wrote:I had an auto loan with a credit union that is reporting 2 90+ day lates 6 months after the loan was paid off. I'm rather irritated with this credit union at this point. I paid off this vehicle in February of 2012. They reported a 30 late in March 2012, a 60 late in April 2012, and a 90 day late every month from May 2012 to Nov 2013. I pulled my credit reports in March 2017 for a mortgage, and saw those lates. I disputed through the CRA - they came back verified (how??). Called the bank, they agreed that it was a reporting error and they removed them. I didn't look very closely - because they removed all but July 2012 and August 2012. I reported that to the bank in June of 2017. They didn't fix it. I called them again last week, they told me I had to send an email to their credit department. Which I did. How long do I wait before going to the next step? What is the next step? Try to dispute with the CRA again?
+1 on Capricorns post. They are local, i would go in there and face to face this as its been over a year now.
I'm just glad to be rid of them.
