Update: SUCCESS! Email format for Convergent Outsourcing

I'm working on a goodwill campaign for some negatives on my husbands credit. He has a paid collection through Convergent Outsourcing from Sprint. I have the CEO name and the @ part. I just don't know how their emails are formatted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
