I've had some issues with Convergent re-aging a Cox account that would actually fall off later this year.  I disputed based on the re-aging and used email proof of discrepancy of "first time late," with NO JOY!  Not only did the credit bureaus take significant points just for disputing, they rejected the proof shown.  I need this item gone ASAP for new job!
