Question: When you / after you paid it to the "agency" (still listed under verizon though on my account too which is weird) did the reporting change on your credit? I went through quite an ordeal over $262 recently and paid the agency taht they directed me to immediately. Now I'm living in fear that by paying it off my credit report will update that it was a recent collection/was with another collections agency/it will ding my credit just because I paid
