Hello Board, old time member here wanting to share a story of success. Long story short, 4 years in the making of having a collection account deleted from Virginia Natural Gas finally paid off. I would occasionally call and ask for a supervisor. Supervisors have to return calls. After explaining why the account should never have been in collections, they allowed me to pay in full to have account removed.
