WHOA! Midland deleted!!!

Midland was reporting 120+ days late of my report after I paid them. I filed with the BBB last week, today I refreshed my report and Midland has been deleted!!

WOW!! I am completely surprised!! It wasn't set to come off until 2018 so I thought I was just stuck with it!!!

I started with 12 negatives and I am down to 2...1 paid collection with Fingerhut (who will NOT remove) and a satisfied judgment.

I am stoked right now!!

What exactly did you report to the BBB?

I said that they were reporting 120+ days late after payment was made. Collection Agencies are not allowed to report in this manner. I filed wth the BBB in San Diego where Midland is located. I wrote that it looks like this is a common practice of Midland's and they were not cooperating with me to get it fixed.

I did this all online. It was so easy!
