What does a hard pull vs. soft pull look like in terms of an employment credit check?

Do the employers actually see your complete credit report, with every item listed?  Or do they just see a score?  Or a summary, like 0 collections, 1 public record, 3 lates, etc.

I think that there are different things that employeers can order, like just a summary or the whole thing.  They will not see your SP inqs.

But they will be able to see other employeers who requested your reports within in last 2 yrs.  And i think they can see your HPs.

only you can see your SPs and I think you can only get them from the EX report you get off www.annualcreditreport.com
