As for SOL, The phone company I went through was Go wireless they filed a judgement against me 08/03 I paid it. I only had the cell phone for 2 months at the least. I got it in Jan 2002. So I live in IL so is st safe to say its within SOL. If so How do express this to the collection agency or CRA?
