Why Does EX Have Two Speeds?

LOL, we use that expression back home - when you want to say that someone is a slowpoke you say they ahve 2 speeds - dead slow and stop.

Anyhow, last month I didn't realise that Orchard/HSBC reported on the last day of the month, and we were maxed out on that day and our scores dropped.

By the end of April we made sure that it showed as $0 balance on the 30th.

EQ updated on May 9th, TU on May 10th.  EX is still showing our high balance from March 31st.  Are they always these slow??  When it comes to reporting something negative they move fast enough...

Re: Why Does EX Have Two Speeds?

I noticed that when a new tradeline or a collection is new EX puts the information up immediately. When it comes time to delete or update something to 0 they take forever

FYI-- EX updated sometime between my pull yesterday and just now with my new balance for HSBC.

EQ and TU updated a few days ago.
