One of the 3 of my acconts those were deleted by EQUIFAX, came back yesterday when AMEX posted new statement balance. Hoping for the other 2 (DISCOVER, CITI) comes back as well with new statement balance reporting. CITI is due to post to today. Will see.

Open accounts should come back as soon as they report again - just like it already happened with one of three.
I, however, wasn't so lucky. I lost several old and positive/never late TLs - and I believe it was on Equifax, too. My problem was that these TLs were paid/closed and therefore, did NOT reappear. I even contacted the creditors and even they were "surprised" that their accounts were removed. They tried everything to bring them back on but since they were closed, they were lost for good.
I contacted EQUIFAX executive office thorugh email. I got a reply next day. They mentioned that my credit file had become voluminous because of too many soft inquries happened as i was checking my report every day using EQUIFAX complete advantage plan. I cancelled that plan right away and not going to check my report any time soon. May be once or twice a month is fine.
They did mention they have removed some soft inquries to make space and the accounts will come back with their 'Monthly tape reporting'.
