I emailed the CEO after guessing what his email address maybe. I check CCT every day and today I saw that it was deleted from EX. I even went to EX site and checked and it is gone! The email must have worked and actually, I was surprised it was deleted after what I have read online about this CA.
I have 1 more CA to delete from my report and I'll be CA free! The last CA I will PIF with the original creditor as I still have another account with them.
Thank you fico family for all the invaluable information contributed.
In my experience, Zenith is one of the worst CAs ever. They have a history of creating false documentation and using it to try to sue consumers. There is currently a class action lawsuit in progress against them for that reason (under the name North Star Acquisition, but it is the same company).
Send them a DV CMRRR. They will ignore it. After 35 days, send a letter to the CRAs along with a copy of your DV letter and the green signature card and ask them to remove. You may or may not have any luck but I highly doubt you will have any luck with Zenith.
I have read that some have had luck filing BBB complaints and FTC complaints. I currently have complaints filed, but have not heard anything back.
You are in for a long fight with them. Good luck.

I just received email confirmation from ZA the account will be deleted. They were kind enough to attach the deletion letter too! The basic content I write in my emails are:
1. Ask why they are reporting to my credit report when the OC cannot validate that I have an account with them.
2. Request investigation of debt validation. If they cannot validate to delete from credit report. I added a long list of items to validate. I credit sidewinder for that list. ![]()
3. Threaten to file complaint with FTC,BBB and the state AG for violation of FDCPA act.
This is my 3rd CA removal by emailing the CEO. It does work and the results are quicker! Of course, make sure the SOL has expired too. I think that helps a lot! Majority of my baddies were from 2002/2003 when I was unemployed for approx 9 months.
HTH to anyone else's effort to delete CA accounts from their credit report.
