wondering how a person can get a collection removed or at least actually get taken serious in a dispute since a collection agency refuses to respond and never actually puts any dates on my credit report
with no dates the credit bureau keeps telling this was just placed and reality is they do not know if this was placed today or 15 years ago
there is no account opened or any other dates listed to even prove a statute of limitations issue so each day makes them always tell me it is a new listing and there is no account number so i can actually prove by matching to papers from my file cabinet
this collection agency is trying and getting away with a scam and i am not able to stop it unless i can prove this listing belongs to a account past the statute of limitations and with no account opened or any other dates or even a account number they are pulling this as a could be collecting for any one of a billion businesses on earth
credit bureaus is making me prove this is a scam when the collection agency will not tell me any information at all about who they are collecting for and when the account was opened or the account number
all that is listed is the collection agency name and amount several times over making me look like i owe hundreds of thousands more than my records in my file cabinet says i actually do and no way to prove they are trying to scam me
