Did you try calling this number/ THE 800 number? plug in your account number. YOu should have option avail. to speak with a CustomerService Representative. This is the phone number I think I used to make phone payments. I have never, not once, had any issues with FMC customer service, you will probably have very good luck.....I once doubled up my car payments and called ahead to let them know I was going to do this, they never reported me as late, I asked them not to. I told them the date I was going to make the double payment. They were very good to me. I liked dealing with their customer service....no call center frustrations at all.

I had to call FMC to get the lease inspector appt. anyway, I asked for a phone number for their dispute department, the rep didn't have one. But said to write to the following address:
