noticed a collection for 59 dollars that was removed from my EQ file. I paid it and then sent a GW about 2-3 weeks ago. It was scheduled to fall off in 2014. Its still on my Experian report though. I havent received any notification back from the CA.
Anyone had similar experiences? What was your outcome?
You will never get an alert for CA that is removed. Each CRA process things differently so just be patient.
I knew I wouldnt get a SW alert for it. Just curious , since Experian seems to be the first to update out of the 3 CRA's , at least for me, and was hoping to see it removed soon from EX! ( was never on TU report)
I goodwilled some late payments and saw them immediately deleted from EQ and EX. This was about 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting on TU (with a letter from the OC about updating the TLs in hand!). I am watching, watching, watching for these to fall off. It's taking for frickin' ever!
I'm jealous haha. I GW a paid chargoff through email a few days ago and I just got a message on my answering machine from the company. EEK! I don't want to have to talk to someone :/
EDIT: I called them back and they happily agreed to remove the CO from my CR. I love this forum!
