*doing the happy dance*

I am so excited.......I dv'd the CRA's for a bunch of old debts that were 7 years old on Monday (faxed them). I also sent out a dv to LVNV (who I knew would be a problem ahead of time) cmrrr, yesterday. Today EX has deleted LVNV ........no way......is this a joke? I am so excited.......but am worried that they can put it back on. It was due to expire in August. *doing the happy dance* yippee

Re: *doing the happy dance*

As it was not removed because of a dispute- LVNV can re-insert AFTER they validate your DV.

However- In my experiance- they delete when they don't want to or can not validate or the account has been returned to the OC.
Do my advice is to figure out what the status is and fix it so it does not re-report.

If it is past CRTP- you don't need to worry.

Re: *doing the happy dance*

It is right at the crtp, and the sol in my state is 4 years. I would be surprised it it went back to the OC I figured a dv directly to lvnv would head everything off at the pass (although they are not good about verification). I am worried that lvnv will re-age the account, like they are known to do. At this point I am just thrilled it is off......even temporarily.....LOL
