I was an authorized user on another person's Chase CC account a few years ago and they went into money problems and it was charged off @ over $13,000 ![]()
It was showing on my report since I was an authorized user. I just succesfully got it deleted from EQ. How much do you think my score will go up or nothing at all? I *think* it made my TU score go up about 30 points. TU is 608 now and was apparently 579 before because I just found a denial letter from when i tried to apply for something a month or two ago that said my TU Fico was 579. Just wondering about EQ.
score just went down 20 points from inquiries
I am hoping it will go back up once it registers the deleted charge off, then I guess down again with the new CC, then up again when I start making payments on it. A patient journey I guess!

20 points for inquiries...how many?
Was the balance of the CO CC factored into your utilization? If it was, depending on what else is on your reports, you may see a good increase.
I think I have 11 total but the majority of them are probably from the last two weeks. I had been trying last week to refinance my car, then this week trying to open a card to help fix my credit.
I am hoping the deleted CO just hasn't made an impact on the score yet. I am not even sure how that account affected my score or what the utilization was, i just know the balance was at $13,000 over and was closed/charged off to collections. Not to me though, it was someone else's main account.
No more apps for quite a while !
Congrats

Depending on the score model, Auto Loan inquiries made within a 14 - 45 day period only count as one.
I know it wasn't yours. I was trying to figure out how much your utilization may drop if that was included.
other than the car refinancing, I did apply for a lot of things the last two days trying to establish an account. Also still confused on all the wording and how the credit reports work so I may have not answered your question accurately lol.
