Has anyone ever had luck with Central Portfolio Control? I have have success with 6 deletions and reverse charge offs but this company wont even budge. the DOFD was in 2005 so they can sue but I will win over SOL. I owe them like 800 but everytime i send PFD they get sent back I have tried multiple adresses. How do i check and see if they are licensed? If anyone has success stories please let me in on it.

Thank you, I accidently picked up the phone and it was the CA. I told them that I was not going to pay them a dime unless they offered me a deletion. They said its illegal and that it "can never be done" then i laughed a bit and sad thanks for your time.

I had a CC with ASPEN and it was placed as a charge off. Its been charged off for aabout a year or so, i picked up the phone confident and explained that I am re-building my credit and if there was any way possible to have the charge off reversed if i made a payment couple hundred bucks or so. They accepeted and the account was pulled from collections and placed in the "pays as agreed" with my balance lowered and no fees. I guess i just got lucky.
