Just recevied results from EX today.

I have previously sent

pre hipaa letter

EX verified

I sent alt dv

CA sent letter to sign hipaa release

I ignored it

received gc sent CRA follow up

results I received today say they have previously investigated and if I have no further information they will not proceed.

So what if anything do I do now??

You wrote the CA the Alt Med DV, so I assume this collection is paid. Do you have a folder containing all of the letters you wrote, green cards and letters received by the CRAs and CAs? This is very important. Who did you originally pay?

Yes it is a paid collection.   I paid the OC.  Yes, I have copies of all the info I have sent.

I hate to say this, but you will have to start over in six months.

I'm trying to understand the hipaa process...and Im not getting why the process has to be repeated in six months?
