quick question

This is showing up on my Equifax report....Should I dispute with the CRA in hopes they delete it as there is no company info reported...I dont know who to call to correct.  Thanks a mil!

You need to pull the report directly from the CRA.  It will show much more information.

In addition, because this appears to be medical, follow the HIPAA process to have it removed.

 

 

You should never dispute anything that is accurate on hopes of having it removed. There are far too many negative consequences that can come from disputing accurate items.
