when will late drop?

My last baddie is a single 120-day late from June 2004 listed on a student loan. When can I expect this to drop? Does it drop 7 years from the date the account first became late? So, if it was 120-day late in June, 90 in May, 60 in April, 30 in March, so would it drop in March? I brought it current, FYI, and paid it off in 2007.

Each individual late will drop 7yrs from that date.

Your 30day late in March 2004 will drop in March 2011.

Your 60day late in April 2004, will drop in April 2011.

Your 90 day late in May 2004, will drop in May 2011.

And on June 2011, your late from june2004 will drop and your neg account will now be a positive item on your CR's.

+1

March 2004 will most likely be the DOFD on the OC account.  DOFD only has signficance in determining the drop off date of a CO or CA, and has nothing to do with monthly OC account delinquencies.
