A medical CO posted to my CRs last year. The CA never contacted me prior to posting. I sent payment to the OC. The check cleared but the CO was still on my CRs after 6 weeks. I disputed the charge to all 3 CRAs.
TransUnion responded that the CO has been removed. Exquifax still hasn't responded. I received notice today that Experian has finished their investigation and the disputed item "remains." Not only that, but the account is still showing as due and that no payments have been made.
What should I do?
