The 3 CRAs do NOT communicate!! It is also best to handwrite all disputes to the CRAs. You should also dispute with all reporting at the same time.
Call the provider (not the CA) Ask for info on your account. they should be able to tell you about any ins.claims that they filed.
ok ok.....I get it (a bit more). I find this confusing and some just doesn't make sense to me. lol
