I recieved my dispute back from EX and I was wondering what is the next step. Should I send a check to the Dr. for the original amount or the recent balance? Even though I didn't get validation from the CA, I know it is mine should I pay or go to scenario #2 or #3?
Also when I pay can I use a personal check?
Because you did not hear from the CA use this: Scenario #2
IMO a personal check is OK. Use the restrictive endorsement Pay the original amount due. But wait until you here from the CA. (approx 30 days).
When payment is made you would do so using the OC letter. You will not pay the CA.

OK I will send it out on Monday, but does this mean I could possibly wind up disputing this TL 3 times?
1. Original Dispute
2. Scenario #2
3. After Payment to OC
Would EX still accept after 3 disputes?
