Ok weird! I got home today to a letter in my mailbox from Experian with results from the investigation....how about they verified and updated all of the medical collection items that Transunion just deleted from my report? I swear that this is like herding cats!!! Grrrr! Will deal with them tomorrow. Now hoping that Equifax does delete these items especially since one of them was for a doctor who is no longer in practice here!! So how the heck did Experian validate that debt?
Off to read next step in HIPPA process.....ok I read it and it appears that I need to do Scenario #3 since these were all paid collections and I have received zero from the CAs? Or do I need to wait longer for them to send me something?
