Questoin about the last hipaa step

I got all the way down to the last step where you send an alt dv to the CA because they intially never sent me validation of the debt.

well they responded to the alt dv saying due to Hipaa laws they need my signature to send me the disupted account information.

Do I send them a letter with my signature or just follow the process and send the green card back to the CRA and ignore that letter all together

Do not sign anything and send it to a CA, what liars they are. Send the appropriate follow dispute letter along with a copy of the green card from the Alt DV letter to the CRA CMRRR.
