Stupid question.....

I know that this is crazy question but I was curious as to why you should use purple or teal ink when writing your letter?  Also is teal the regular blue ink or is it something closer to a turqoise? I've got a pen but it's turquoise and I really want to get my letters off....

Re: Stupid question.....

The letters and envelops should be handwritten using personalized stationary and purple or teal font to help avoid an electronic MOV (method of verification). AKA, E-Oscar You want a human to be involved in your dispute, not just some computer. After trial and error, it was found purple and teal work the best.
