WHY THE PURPLE OR TEAL FONT AND WHY ITALICS?

THIS MAY SOUND STUPID BUT WHY DOES THE PRE HIPPA LETTER ENVELOPE NEED TO BE HAND ADDRESS? ALSO WHAT IS MEANT MY PERSONALIZED STATIONERY?, will regular copy paper not work? lol. AND WHY DO I NEED TO USE PURPLE OR TEAL FONT IN ITALICS?

I'm no expert on HIPAA, but the rationale is that when your letters are scanned by the CRAs, their computers don't have the ability to recognize the font in comparison to the background of the paper when scanned and should result in a manual review by CRA rep.

As llecs said. They can not scan teal color and you want them to manual read it. It is also better to handwrite it. We know that they can not scan handwriting!
