Ok that's good to know. I thought it was just me. This is my 3rd time ordering a card with a CSR. The previous 2 times it didn't work. How long did it take for you to receive your new design? This last time, I asked for the card to be expedited and she said should would send it FedEx, which will take 1-2 business days, but it still says processing on my end.
My online is working for me, and I actually just ordered a new design on 7/13/2021. I will have been a member for 2 years next month. I haven't gotten the email that it shipped yet, which I believe they usually send. I'm not going to expect it until next week. I never tried to have it expedited, so I can't comment on that time frame.
Thanks for the responses! The CSR was very helpful. I don't know what she did different, but I ordered my new card design, "Golden Africa", yesterday. I received the card today from FedEx overnight delivery. It looks really good in person!
I apologize if this has already been posted but it's news to me and I wanted to share. I haven't seen any posts from @blindambition in awhile but he might like this. Please don't move this post to smorgasbord because it's function not form that I'm hoping to bring attention to.

I have the Dawn of Discover and the LGBTQ+ fading rainbow design.
Those were the best a few years ago for me. Might need to check in again and see all the madness again.
